1. Introduction

Welcome to the Fastlane Culinary and Hospitality School online application portal ("Portal"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services operated by Fastlane Culinary and Hospitality School ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Portal. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to submit an application and make payments through this Portal.

3. Services Provided

This Portal allows prospective students to:

• Purchase an application form for admission to Fastlane Culinary and Hospitality School.
• Submit a completed student application form online.
• Receive confirmation of application submission via email.

4. Application Fee & Payments

The application fee is GHS 200.00 (two hundred Ghana Cedis). This fee is non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details or mobile money credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Paystack's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission to any program at Fastlane Culinary and Hospitality School. In the event of a duplicate or erroneous charge, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.

6. User Responsibilities

When using this Portal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application.
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Portal.
• Not use the Portal for any unlawful purpose.

Submitting false information may result in the rejection of your application and forfeiture of the application fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Portal — including text, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Fastlane Culinary and Hospitality School and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Portal. We do not guarantee that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fastlane Culinary and Hospitality School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Portal, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
